In September, there will be two classes each day on the 16th, 23rd, and the 30th.  Sign up early to ensure your spot.  You bring your energy and we'll supply the equipment, water, and a towel!  There will be Chair Massage available at a few of these Pop Ups - let us know if you are interested in a Chair Massage, too - send us a message!
